These terms govern your use of WTF (Why Things Feel), a product operated by Scorpyns Technologies Private Limited (“Scorpyns”, “we”, “us”), incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Chandigarh, India.
By using this service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What WTF is — and is not
WTF is a human behaviour pattern decoder. It identifies patterns in confusing everyday situations and provides one clear perspective and suggested action. It is built for daily life situations — relationships, family dynamics, friendships, workplace behaviour, and personal patterns.
WTF is not:
- A medical service or mental health tool
- A substitute for professional psychological or therapeutic support
- A crisis intervention service
- Legal or financial advice
- A diagnostic tool of any kind
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis helpline. The output of WTF is a perspective, not a diagnosis, medical opinion, or professional recommendation.
Using the service
You may use WTF if you are 15 years of age or older. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose — describing real situations in your life for the purpose of gaining clarity. You agree not to:
- Use the service to generate content intended to harm, harass, or manipulate any person
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the pattern library, soul prompt, or any proprietary element of the service
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable Indian law or the laws of your jurisdiction
Credits and purchases
Credits are purchased in advance and used to access paid decodes. One credit equals one standard decode or one standard follow-up. Two credits equals one deep follow-up.
Credits do not expire. Once purchased, your credits remain in your account indefinitely.
Credits are non-transferable except through the gifting feature where explicitly enabled.
Credits are linked to your phone number. If you do not provide a phone number, credits are stored in your device's local storage only. We are not responsible for credits lost due to browser data being cleared on a device where no phone number was provided.
Purchases are processed by Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's terms of service. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Intellectual property
All content on this platform — including but not limited to the pattern library, soul prompt, card structure, design system, copy, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Scorpyns Technologies Private Limited and is protected under Indian copyright law.
The decode card generated for your specific situation is yours to share. You may share it freely. The underlying pattern framework, prompt system, and methodology remain the property of Scorpyns Technologies.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:
- The decode generated will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any action taken based on a decode will produce any particular outcome
The output of WTF is a perspective based on pattern matching. It is not a guarantee. You use the service and act on its output at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scorpyns Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on this service, including but not limited to decisions made based on decode output.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.

Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the app. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
