Our approach to refunds
Credits are digital goods consumed immediately upon use. Because of the nature of the product, our refund policy is specific about when refunds apply and when they do not.
We are a small team and we built this product to be genuinely useful. If something went wrong, tell us. We will always try to make it right.
When you are entitled to a refund
Technical failure: If you were charged but credits were not added to your account due to a payment or technical error, you are entitled to a full refund or credit correction. Contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your order ID.
Double charge: If you were charged twice for the same order, you are entitled to a refund of the duplicate charge. Contact us within 7 days with both order IDs.
Service unavailability: If the service was completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours and you were unable to use credits you had purchased, you are entitled to a refund for unused credits proportional to the downtime.
When refunds do not apply
- Credits that have been used (each decode, followup, or progression decode that was successfully delivered)
- Dissatisfaction with the content or perspective provided in a decode
- Credits purchased by mistake where at least one credit has been used
- Credits stored in browser local storage that were lost because no phone number was provided
- Requests made more than 7 days after the transaction date
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Your phone number or order ID
- The date of the transaction
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — we resolve refund requests quickly.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or other applicable consumer protection law.
